Whitney is the founder of Estwick Law. Whitney Practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Business Law, and Family Law. Whitney strives to simplify complex legal processes to help lessen the burden legal issues might place on her clients. 

Whitney graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2010 with a degree in International business. She then earned her J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law in 2014. During law school, Whitney served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law, was the Co-Vice President of the Equal Justice Foundation, and volunteered as a tutor for underprivileged kids in the local community. 

Whitney's legal experience is very diverse. She spent two summers clerking with the Public Defender's Office in Council Bluffs, Iowa where she helped provide legal services to indigent clients in the areas of criminal law and juvenile law. She then went on to practice law for two years in Sidney, Iowa as a General Practice Attorney. Whitney's areas of focus included Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Business Law, Family Law, and Juvenile Law. It was during her time practicing in Sidney that she became familiar with the legal needs of those in rural communities. Whitney also worked for a law firm located in Des Moines, Iowa specializing in civil litigation. Whitney's diverse legal background allows her to provide a well rounded approach to each case.

Whitney is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa.
